The pattern requires basic knitting techniques such as casting on, knitting and binding off, basic bead stringing techniques and hand sewing. Crochet work is used to join the knit squares and attach the top knit piece. Finished size of this purse is approximately 3 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches. A purse frame and chain strap are used to finish the purse. Gauge is not important, however should be judged so that the top portion of the purse meets the purse frame.
