PATTERN NOTES
Please take your time to read through the tutorial before casting on.
The hat is cast on using the two-colour alternating long-tail cast-on method, the charted pattern is then worked in the double-knitting method throughout the hat, before fastening off at the crown.
To adjust the depth of your hat, you can work extra (or fewer) repeats of charts A–C. You will simply need to change the colours used in the crown shaping so that your zigzag pattern remains correct.
