Pebbles Cowl
This is a great project for a novice and a quick gift for an intermediate knitter. Instructions are given for working flat and for working in the round.
The simple stitch pattern makes it ideal for a young knitter to make for him or herself. This is a simplified and scaled-down version of my popular adult cowl, Riverbed.
A cowl is very practical for young children because it doesn’t get in the way when they play outdoors.
Size
Cowl 43cm/17” circumference, 17cm/7” high.
One size to fit child aged approx 2-12yrs with head circumference up to 18”/45cm. An older child would fit my adult-sized Riverbed Cowl better, which they would then not out-grow.
