This is a pattern for a one-size (adult) stranded hat, knit from the bottom up, that can be knit as slouchy as you would like!

Materials:

Needles:
Size US 4/3.5 mm, or size needed to obtain gauge, in a 16” circular and DPNs (if desired) for crown shaping.
Size US 3/3.25 mm, or one size smaller, in a 16” circular for ribbing, if desired.

Yarn:
Any two solid colored fingering weight yarns will work. This pattern works best if both yarns are the same or as similar as possible. For a moderately slouchy hat (as shown), plan on having about 50 grams of main color and 40 grams of complimentary color.

Sample shown in pictures was knit using Cascade Heritage Silk in the following colorways: 5603 - Blue (MC), and 5618 - White (CC).
