The Puolukka Mittens pair perfectly with their namesake beanie, Puolukka beanie. The rich red colour will fill your mind with warm shades of autumn foliage and the adventures of harvesting lingonberries in the woods.

These mittens are knitted cuff up with a strand of DK weight yarn. The cuff is knitted in 1 x 1 Half Twisted Rib. The back of the hand features a textured pattern that consists of lace, Half Twisted Rib and bobbles inspired by lingonberry bushes. The front of the hand and thumb are knitted in Stockinette Stitch. The thumb is shaped with a thumb gusset.

Needles:
2.5 mm / US 1.5 circular needles with cable length of 80 cm / 32” for the ribbing
3 mm / US 2.5 circular needles with cable length of 80 cm / 32” for the hand and thumb

Notions:
