Pythagorean
This pattern is available as part of our digital publication September Collection.
I was playing around with alternative ways of sock construction and wondered what would happen if I approached the shape of human feet as triangular prisms. The socks are knit toe-up but follow a different increase rate than regular socks, and you end up forming right-angle triangles on either side. That’s where the name came from. I’d wear them in a way you can see them, like a conversation piece.
