Rather Nice Jumper
I struggle with naming my patterns. When I had finished knitting this I thought to myself ‘That’s rather nice!’, which for me is actually high praise, and so the name has stuck.
The front and back feature deep columns of small cables and Japanese stitch patterns rather than traditional welt ribbing, with the side seam pattern continuing up to the armholes. A central double moss stitch panel runs the full length of the front to the neck.
Full written instructions. The stitch patterns are written and charted.
Worked flat from the bottom up and seamed.
