I love boot cuffs, and these are all worked in one piece, and can be reversed to wear the ribbed side up, or the scalloped or rippled side up.

I am making this pattern available as a free pattern and it matches my ribbed headband pattern.

This pattern is intermediate, but I find it to be easy.
