This comfy unisex beanie hat or watch cap features thick rib panels with sand stitch stripes.

It’s a quick knit project since it’s made from chunky or bulky weight yarn. One skein of Dream in Color Groovy yarn in the colorway Cloud Jungle was used to make the hat in the photos.

STITCHES AND TECHNIQUES YOU NEED TO KNOW:
You should be able to knit and purl stitches as well as knit two stitches together (k2tog) in order to complete this hat. You should also be familiar with knitting in the round on circular needles.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:
The finished hat will fit head sizes from 21” to 23” and is approximately 8” in height. Instructions are also included if you wish to make it into a slouchy beanie.
