The Rosemary Shawl, was inspired by the shape of the leaves and stems of it’s namesake the Rosemary plant, a popular and fragrant culinary herb.

The subtle cables, and simple texture, combine to create an excellent staple piece for any cool weather wardrobe.

The construction begins in the center, and is worked out to the far end of the shawl. After the 1st half of the shawl is completed, the 2nd half is picked up from the center and worked out to the opposite tip. This method creates perfectly mirrored cables.

The shawl shape is an elongated trapezoid, which can be worn as a scarf as well.

Like the Rosemary Cardigan, and Gloves, also included in the Herbarium Collection, this piece shares the same motif, for a matching set.
