This pattern is a quick knit with a ribbed brim and a stockinette body. You can use any combination of worsted weight held double, bulky or super bulky yarn for the brim and body. I suggest super bulky on the brim to give it a little bit of weight and any of the three weights above for the body.

This is a beginner pattern which requires basic knit, purl and pattern reading knowledge.

8 mm circular knitting needles (and DPNs or magic loop for smaller sizes)
10 mm circular knitting needles (and DPNs or magic loop for smaller sizes)
Yarn of choice
Tapestry needle
Pom pom
Optional - Tag or Buttons
