PATTERN NOTES
This layering piece is equal parts feminine and funky. Two ruffles are knit from the bottom up and are joined with an I-Cord bind-off for a decorative edge. The body is picked up from the I-Cord and worked up in the round. I-Cord also finishes off armhole and neck edges.
