The Saxon Beanie is a cozy, classic beanie pattern featuring easy colorwork and a knit-look double brim! This beanie works up quickly with either worsted or bulky yarn, and uses only 1 color per round so there’s no extra ends to weave!

The pattern includes instructions for both Worsted (#4) and Bulky (#5) yarn weights, and features clear step-by-step instructions.

• SKILL LEVEL - Intermediate (Requires knowledge of sl st, sc and dc sts, and working in the back loop only).

• SIZE - Hat brim measures 17”/43cm around (stretches to 23”), and hat measures approximately 8.5”/21.5cm long with the brim folded. Hat brim measures 3.5”/9cm wide before folding.

• Worsted Version: 190 yards Worsted (#4) weight yarn and size I (5.5mm) crochet hook

• Bulky Version: 135 yards Bulky (#5) weight yarn and size 7mm crochet hook

• Yarn needle and scissors
