Fun crochet party hat with bobbles and ruffles at the bottom.

The pattern is one size fits most as it only sits on top of head, it is easily adjusted to make it smaller or larger.

You will need 1 ball of DK yarn and a small bit in contrast color for the bobble st and the ruffles.
