Scribble

Nowadays we all tend to use computers instead of paper to create stories, documents and even homework, so writing and scribbling out on paper is not as commonplace as it used to be! This shawl is an ode to the lined paper and scribbles that some of us are old enough remember as the norm!

If you want to learn the very basics of how to cable, this is the ideal project!

SHAPE

Scribble is a triangular wrap that starts from a point and increases in width along the left edge. Constructed using two contrasting yarns with long repeats of colour, I-cord edges lead to a garter panel to finish. Two different colourways are alternated. If you can knit, purl, M1L (instructions included) and know how to cable off three stitches to the front and back of your work, then Scribble knits up faster than you would think.
