Living in the Midwestern United States, you would think that during the hot summer months I would be putting my hand-knits away and forgetting about them until the fall chill starts to hit the air. But you would be wrong! There always seems to be an overly climate-controlled space where I need a little something. While a light-weight shawl can work wonders at keeping that cool air at bay, nothing beats a pair of fingerless mitts for keeping my hands comfortable in that (just a little bit too) cool office!
