Seafoam Fantasy
This shawl is a shallow triangle shape worked from side to side and then having the border worked along the bottom edge. It can be made in any weight yarn which will of course give you a different size shawl. I have given the measurement for sport and Dk weight but my testers have made it in yarns ranging from lace weight to aran.
It is made to provide some extra warmth around your shoulders and neck. The highlight of this shawl is the pretty border.
It can be worn in a number of ways, from draped around your neck like a scarf, worn backwards with the point in front or in the traditional way.
It uses about 500mts/550yds of Angora Design yarn from Ice yarns which is a sport weight although I thought it was a bit thinner than this. The body and the border use similar amounts of yarn.
Seafoam Fantasy has been tested by the wonderful testers in the Happy Hookers Hangout.
I am always available via PM or email for comments and questions.
