DESCRIPTION
If you fell in love with my Seedling Scarf pattern, this blanket is its sibling. (Use the code Seedling to get 50% off the scarf pattern when you buy these two patterns together.) The Seedling blanket is comprised of two contrasting stitches: garter and seed stitch. If you know how to knit and purl, this blanket is perfect for you and is a wonderful mindless knit. Written in multiple sizes, you’ll find it in baby, small and large throw. The pictures show it in the small throw size.

Just trying seed stitch for the first time? That’s great. Seed stitch is the perfect way to start learning how to read your stitches from the history of the previous row. A tip is: knit your purls (they look like little pearl bumps right below your needle) and purl your knits (they are the flat ones!). For garter stitch, just knit every row. Happy knitting!
