Seven Days Shawl
Seven Days Shawl is knitted in stockinette stitch using mainly two different types of yarn in contrasting colors held together.
Two threads of finnish fingering wool and one of silk mohair to create a rustic wool surface with some mohair flashes.
Its seven wedges are separated from each other by a succession of wraps worked with one color yarn only, like the i-cord finishing that runs clock-wise along the entire edge.
A sort of short rows worked with a revised turn and slip method that gives it either the half-circle shape and the particular decoration of the “eyelashes” and holes.
