Pattern description from The Celtic Collection: “Fiery interlace dragons with floreated tails are engraved on the silver casing of the Clogan Oir (little bell of gold). The bell has long been associated with St Senan, who was the founder of the monastery of Scattery Island, in the estuary of the river Shannon in Ireland. For this child’s jacket, guaranteed to make an impact especially from behind, I used the dark expanse of the back to display the dramatic coulourful dragons. The fronts and sleeves are scattered with bright snowflake-type motifs.”
