Shell Stitch Blanket
Worthy of Note
Inspired by a blanket my mom made for my brother in the late 1970s, this classic shell stitch blanket is a great first crochet project. Make it in your favorite shade of Germantown, or pick a rainbow of colors and go wild with stripes!
Once the body of the blanket is worked, the entire piece is edged with a round of single crochet and a sweet simple shell border.
