Simple Worry Monster
This adorable and easy-to-make Worry Monster stands at approximately 11cm tall and 6cm wide, making it the perfect size for little hands.
He features loopy hair and big, expressive eyes.
His mouth serves as a small pocket; simply write your worry on a piece of paper, fold it up, and feed it to the monster.
He’s designed using UK crochet terms and is worked entirely in double crochet. His hair is created with chain stitches, anchored to the head with surface slip stitches.
The Worry Monster in the photo is crocheted with DK yarn, but you can use thicker yarn if you’d prefer a larger monster.
A lovely free pattern to use and enjoy.
To make the Worry Monster you will need…
4.00 mm, crochet hook,
Stitch marker,
8g Main Colour DK Yarn,
5g Contrast Colour DK Yarn,
3g White DK Yarn,
A length of Black DK for pupils,
Stuffing.
