Sissi
Sissi is an elegant sweater that plays with the contrast between stockinette stitch and seed stitch, as well as the garment’s proportions. The sweater features a deep V-neck on one side and a shallow V-neck on the other. Although the deep V-neck is primarily designed to be worn at the front, it can also be worn at the back. The sweater has voluminous sleeves and a slightly tapered body, accentuated by a long ribbed hem. Sissi is intended to have a relaxed fit, so you can confidently choose a noticeably larger size as well. A refined single-ply wool yarn combined with silk mohair gives the sweater a luxurious feel.

NOTES
This sweater is worked from the top down, first back and forth and then in the round. The shoulder pieces are worked separately until the increases for the back neck are complete. After this, the two pieces are joined into one. Working continues flat until the bottom of front neck where the stitches are joined into the round. Increases for the neck, body and sleeves are worked at the same time but at a slightly different rhythm. Next, sleeves are separated from the body, and the three pieces are worked separately, all in the round. The neckline is finished with an i-cord edging.
