The top is crocheted from the bottom up.
The back and front pieces are worked separately and then crocheted together using double crochet stitches from the wrong side.
After this, the armholes, neckline, and lower edge are worked in rounds.

The stitch markers are placed at each decrease, in the middle of the back and front, when you start the sleeve and in each side of the neck.
