This pattern is available for free.

This pattern is fiddly and takes a lot of concentration because of all the intarsia it requires, but if you feel the end result is worth it, then you’ll like the payoff.

Skills required

  • using DPNs (or another technique to achieve the same thing, such as Magic Loop)
  • chart reading
  • combining intarsia and stranded knitting
  • cables

Finished measurements

  • leg length: 6.5”
  • leg girth: 9”
  • foot girth: 9”

Model shown has a foot length of 11”. This can be easily changed as needed (customizing foot length is part of the pattern instructions), but keep in mind that if you make the feet longer than 11”, you’ll need more Colour A yarn.
