Slip Stitch Pillow
Pattern Description from Cast On, February-April 2010: “The pattern in this lesson is for a 14” pillow which incorporates two multi-colored slip stitch patterns. The pattern directions follow in brown. The pattern specifications and a suggested materials list is first. Knitting a pillow is different from knitting a sweater. For one thing, the pillow will last longer if the finished fabric is denser. Think: upholstery fabric. The needle size used for the pillow pattern is smaller than that suggested on the ball band of the yarn used in order to obtain the pillow’s dense, sturdy fabric.”
