Rolled edge and super easy smocking.

The technique used is similar to the one used for my Mikado Cowl, so if you enjoyed making that, you should love this.

The pattern is listed as DK, but stitch counts are provided for fingering to aran weights.

Tips are provided on how to make a single cowl and/or to make one without the rolls at the top and bottom.
