THIS COSY colourwork scarf has been designed by Hilly van der Sluis to be the perfect stashbuster project! The design takes its influence from both classic Fair Isle patterns and from traditional Swedish stranded knitting. Hilly has used 10 shades of Jumper Weight organic Shetland wool from Uradale Yarns, but the patterns can easily be adapted to use whatever 4ply yarns you have in your knitting basket. Hilly’s tubular scarf is knitted in the round, starting with a provisional cast-on; the cast-on and cast-off edges are grafted to close them.
