This PDF crochet PATTERN gives you easy, step-by-step instructions on how to crochet this beautiful Snaggletooth Mosaic Crochet Throw. A stunning, modern design, this geometric throw is so stylish it will look fabulous anywhere in your home!

PLEASE NOTE this is a very special extended version of my Snaggletooth pattern in both ENGLISH and DUTCH (please ensure you choose your preferred language file), with bonus instructions how to make an extra version in Scheepjes Chunky Monkey yarn at the end. This is for the Scheepjes Snaggletooth Make-Along, or MAL for short, which runs from 22 September to 20 October 2021. If you would like to participate in the MAL, just go to my blog https://redsparrowcrochet.blogspot.com/2021/09/a-big-anno...
or the Scheepjes Official Facebook pages at
https://www.facebook.com/groups/ScheepjesCAL.International
and

for further information.

Suitable for beginner level upwards, the pattern includes

  • full written row-by-row instructions (UK crochet terms)
  • pattern notes
  • stitch abbreviations
  • special stitch instructions
  • mosaic crochet chart and instructions
  • bonus Snaggletooth Chunky Monkey version

You can either use the Scheepjes Colour Crafter DK yarn listed in the pattern, or any DK yarn you like. I used 1 x ball Yarn A (1712 Nijmegen), 3 x balls Yarn B (2017 Verviers) and 3 x balls Yarn C (1257 Hilversum) to achieve this size. You will also need a 5.5mm (US I/9) crochet hook.

Your finished throw will measure approximately 90 x 110cm/35.5 x 43.5in. The pattern gives full details how to adjust the size to suit you.

Please note: due to the nature of this 2-row inset version of mosaic crochet, short lengths of chain are made on the reverse. See photo of close-up of the reverse side. These can either be left loose or can be covered and incorporated into other stitches to hide them. Full details are given in the pattern.
