The scallops are created by knitting into a stitch from four rows below producing a textured stockinette stitch fabric. These graphic scallops are deceptively simple to knit because you only work with one color at a time. Short row ribbed earflaps can be worn up or down to keep your ears toasty warm. Add a colorful pom pom to complete this wondrous winter hat for your snowy adventures.
