Snuffles the Sheep and Truffles the Pig are best friends down on the farm. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, theses toys are knitted in acrylic DK yarns. Most pieces are knitted on single pointed needles (not in the round). The pig’s tail is an i-cord tube worked on two DPNs.

NEEDLES
A pair each of 3.75mm single pointed knitting needles and DPNs (US 5)

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; one 100g/280m skein in each colour

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, plus buttons and felt fabric scraps for eyes.

SIZES
One size only - Snuffles the sheep is 9cm tall x 14.5cm long, and Truffles the pig is 9cm tall x 12cm long (not including the tails).

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
