Splash cowl

Uneven decrease and increase sections give organic movement to this cowl.
It is knit in the round. As long as you can knit and purl, do basic lace and some “hard” stitches like k4tog and p4tog, you can do it!
There is a chart for the swatch to show the eyelet stitch, and the instructions for the cowl are written out line by line.
