«Squishy Hug» is done using mosaic overlay technique. It is available in English (US terms) and has written instructions, charts and photos.

It is a very relaxing pattern and great to use your yarn stash.

Materials

In my sample I used Hobbii Jade and a 5 mm / US H-8 and 5.5 mm / US I-9 crochet hooks.

Finishing Size

Final size of the blanket is 80 cm x 86 cm (31 in x 34 in), approximately.

Note that your final size will change due to your crochet tension or the yarn you use. You can customize the size of your blanket by adding or decreasing repeats of the pattern, but keep in mind that this will affect the amount of yarn required.
