Oh, the dreaminess of Starry! The combination of the lovely lace and the feel of the wonderful yarn has the same dreamy feeling as looking at a beautiful star light night, both oh so pretty and amazing! For the sample I used Shibui’s new yarn Tweed Silk cloud held together with Lunar. They make a light warm fabric that is rather heavenly. Get Starry and fall in love with lace all over again!!

This sweater is worked in the round from the top down with a seamless lace-patterned yoke. Short-row back neck shaping is worked first then the lace pattern begins, with the increases distributed evenly around the yoke. Once the yoke is complete, the stitches for body and sleeves are divided. There is no body shaping past the armholes, but waist shaping may be easily added if desired. The sleeves and body can easily be lengthened by adding more rounds. The pullover is modeled with slight negative ease, but if you desire a looser fit, make a size that measures slightly larger than your bust.
