Pattern Notes
The Stash Socks pattern is the newest addition to my series of stashbusting designs. Like the previous projects, these socks are totally modular and require no seaming. Most of the ends get woven in as you go, so yay for that! Each tiny square in this project requires around 1 yd or less of fingering weight yarn - perfect for using your smallest of sock yarn scraps.

Color Notes
After trying out some other color arrangements in my Hello Again vest and Scrappy Cappy, I decided to return to using ALL THE COLORS in this project, just like the End Times cardigan.

In the sample shown, colors are roughly alternated between darker and lighter colors. Choosing and placing colors is perhaps the most

fun part of this project, so please change colors
as you desire! The collective square colors will be referred to as MC in the pattern.

Construction Notes
These socks are worked modularly and there is no seaming. Strips of squares are made and added to previously knit strips as you go. Be sure to check out the tutorial that’s included as a separate file with the purchase of this pattern. It will walk you through all of the steps!

Only one color is used at a time in this project.

These socks begin with a provisional cast-on which is later removed to knit the cuff upward. Through a combination of provisional cast-ons and placing live stitches on waste yarn, cuff, heel, and toe are worked without having to pick up stitches from the squares.
