I’ve been in love with the film “La Strada” by Federico Fellini all my life.
So when I nothiced that the cable pattern for this hat reminded me of the winding roads in that film, I told it to Maria from Gli Occhi Del Lupo “The name has to be Strada”.

The hat is knitted bottom-up in the round, using stockinette, ribbing, moss stitch, and some easy cable stitches.

今回この帽子のケーブル模様を編んでいるとき,曲がりくねった道みたいだと思い, 若い頃胸を打たれたあの映画に思いを馳せました.
そこでGli Occhi Del LupoのMariaさんにそのことを話し, この帽子の名前をStradaとしました.
