About the model
Straight Up cardigan is a raglan cardigan with a moderate positive ease, and a delicate stripe structure made from Stockinette stitch and some purl rounds and alternating between two yarns of different fibres.
The cardigan is knit from the top down, back and forth with raglan increases, until it is divided into body and sleeves. The sleeves are worked in the round, the body is still worked back and forth, and both are finished with a half-twisted ribbing trim. The ribbing in the neck is double layered for a nice finish. The plackets are worked in the doubleknitting technique which consists of Stockinette on boths sides with integrated button holes.
