Sub Rosa Shawl
My inspiration for this pattern was pattern #139 from Hitomi Shida’s 250 Couture Knit Stitch Patterns. I loved the rigid lines created by the twisted knit stitches in the ribbing pattern. What also intrigued me about the pattern was how the rigid lines interact with the flower pattern. I wanted to see how I could play with these dynamics and the result is this shawl.
