This take on the Japanese knot bag in cotton makes a great casual bag for summer. It is knit in the round in one piece from the bottom up, including the straps. The straps are then joined with kitchener stitch at the top.Two strands of yarn are held together throughout. Linen stitch gives the bag a rustic, woven look that stretches little and better holds it shape.
