This set is a perfect housewarming gift. Quick to crochet, the set includes a round dishcloth, a yarn and nylon netting ‘sponge’, a round nylon scrubbie and a small cotton yarn scrubbie that works great for applying copper or silver cleaner. Everything is washable (the nylon scrubbie can even be put in your dishwasher).

The pattern uses just basic stitches – chains, single crochet, half-double crochet, double crochet and slip stitches. You don’t need to have extensive crochet experience, but you should be comfortable with working in rounds and with the stitches listed. I do not use abbreviations in my patterns, everything is spelled out, but if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via email.

In addition to the yarn listed, the pattern requires:

¾ yard of 72” wide nylon netting cut into 1-1.5 inch wide strips; approximately 75 feet in total length– sample set made using yellow color netting. (Tie together & wind netting “yarn” into ball - roll or twist as you wind as if to make a yarn.)

Additional Gauge info: (is not critical)
