Pattern notes
This long sleeved sweater is worked from the top down, casting on a few stitches, positioning two textured panels for the front shoulders, and working back and forth while shaping the front neckline. Stitches are then cast on for the front neck, two lace panels are inserted, and, after joining for working in the round, the sleeve caps and upper body are shaped together with raglan increases. Sleeve caps are divided and set aside, then, with panels worked over the front and stockinette over the back, the body is worked to the desired length, concluding with a textured section in which the panels flow into the bottom rib. Sleeves are picked up and worked top-down in stockinette and ribbed edgings complete the sweater. Note that the number of stitches for the front is intentionally greater than that of the back (for an improved fit) and that when one number is given, it applies to all sizes.
