The Forester Hat
The Forester Hat is a clever and easy way to make the most of the beautiful colorways of Lion Brand Mandala yarn. Requires less than one cake of yarn and the simplest of stitches. No difficult decisions about which colors to put next to each other or worrying about color changes in the middle of a row. The technique in this pattern creates a lovely woven effect.
This hat is perfect for people of any age or gender. It’s a great project for a gift or as something you can work on while you watch TV without having to think too much.
This is an intermediate pattern and requires only chain, slip stitch, and single crochet stitches. Pattern is written in US terms and includes explanations of all stitches and abbreviations. US and metric measurements given.
Pattern has three sizes: child, teen/adult (pictured), and large adult.
