Theodore the Turtle is one of the first few amigurumi that I designed myself and finally I decided to write up the pattern for sale. It’s a very simplistic pattern that puts together basic shapes to create the finished turtle. To do this pattern you should know how to do basic sc techniques, basic increasing/decreasing, and basic sewing.

The final object is approx. 9.5 inches long and 6 inches wide. This pattern is a PDF file with written instructions with photos at the end for putting the animal together.

For this project you will need:
worsted weight yarn
a G hook
split stitch markers
a tapestry needle
9 mm safety eyes (unless you choose to create yarn eyes)
