This particular pattern includes instructions for crocheting the hat in the following 3 sizes:

6 to 12 months - 17” (hat circumference)
1 to 3 toddler - 18”
3 to 5 toddler - 19”
Note: hats stretch 1” to 1-1/2”

and the cardigan in the following 4 sizes:

6 to 12 months
1 / 2 toddler
3 / 4 toddler
5 toddler
