This delightful garment can be worn as a cape or a skirt. It is knit side-to-side, using easy short-row wedges. The upper section is cleverly knit in ribs of stockinette and reverse stockinette hiding the wraps. Estonian and Shetland motifs combine to form the delicate lace elements.
