Vesper Socks are inspired by the Vesper Sweater, a Nordic-style colorwork design with a modern look.

The colorwork leg motif is adapted from a 1970s Hungarian knitting book passed down by the designer’s adopted grandmother. Vesper is named for evening prayers in her honor. The foot is simple stockinette with classic shaping. Knit them in high contrast for a bold, graphic look, or in muted shades for something quieter.
