Sizes: To fit size S, (M, L) head or approximately 20-21 (22-23, 24+)”/ 51-55, (56-59, 60+) cm head circumference.

Measurements:
17 ½ (19, 22)” / 44.5 (48, 56) cm circumference and 8” (8 ½, 9)” / 20.5 (21.5, 23) cm height. Sample shown is size S.

Yarn:
Approximately 160 (175, 200) yds of dk or light worsted weight yarn.
Approximately 90 (100, 115) yds in MC and 70 (75, 85) yds in CC.
Sample shown was knit in Color Wheel Yarns DK in Midnight (MC) and Lipstick (CC).

Gauge: 22 sts 28 rows = 4” / 10 cm in St st, 22 sts = 4” / 10 cm in Fair Isle Pattern.

Needles:
Main needle: US 6 (4mm) 16”/ 40.5 cm circular and needles preferred for working a small circumference in the round or size needed to obtain correct gauge.
Note some knitters find they like to go up a needle size for the stranded colorwork section due if their tension tightens up a bit when doing colorwork.
Edging needle: US 5 (3.75 mm) 16”/ 40.5 cm circular or needle one size smaller than the main needle in 16” / 40.5 length.
