The Volute Cowl is a simple yet elegant cowl that can be knit with one skein of Harmony for a lovely neck warmer, or two skeins of Embrace to make a generous doubled cowl.

Yarn:

• For neck-warmer: one skein Reywa Fibers Harmony (shown in Losar Red).
• For cowl: two skeins Reywa Fibers Embrace (shown in Ocean).

Needles:

• For Harmony: US#3 (3.25mm) 16” circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge
• For Embrace: US #5 16” circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge

Notions: Stitch marker; tapestry needle

Sizes:

• Neck-warmer (knit with Harmony): 18” around and 11.5” tall
• Long cowl (knit with Embrace): 53” around and 8.25” tall

Gauge:

• 27 sts and 38 rows = 4” in Harmony
•14 sts = 4” in Embrace (in garter stitch.)
