This little baby blanket is the epitome of love in every stitch for that special new baby.

The Wacky Wave pattern is a four row repeat, which makes it easy to memorise.

What makes this pattern even more perfect for a baby blanket, is the texture. It doesn’t have holes where little fingers can get stuck. It is also slightly weighted when made with Merino.

The finished size of the blanket is about 100 x 125 cm.

The blanket is crocheted in Wacky Weave, also known as Interlocking Crochet. A video tutorial for the technique is available from Ilona Slow Life Creations.

Kits are available from Colourspun.

You will need 14 balls in the main colour, and 12 balls in the contrast colour.
