Life has a tendency of throwing things at us, usually when we least expect it. Almost everyone can look back on a time where no matter how hard you tried to control the world around you, it became impossible.

At that point, you had no choice but to embrace the journey and see where it may lead. Walk with Me is a tribute to the years in my life, where I felt lost on my own path, and soon found myself venturing into unknown territories, especially around my career. Despite the chaos that had become my life, however, I was grateful for the family and friends that stood by my side, walking with me through it all. With the lovely lace pattern of falling leaves, and the design meant to have m negative ease to suit a style overtop of boots and leggings, the Walk with Me Legwarmers are a modernized version, designed to be sleek but practical, providing warmth as you journey into each path of your own life.

The length of the leg warmers can be changed by increasing the number or repeats. I recommend that you’ve two skeins of yarn for the project as proposed but longer legwarmers would need more yarn. I enjoyed designing this from Madeline Tosh Vintage, because it has warm properties that make them cozy to wear, and the Iris colour spoke to me. I do look forward to the feedback I get from anywho who happens to find this pattern along their journey.
